1. What QuickSupp is
QuickSupp is software. You upload the estimate an insurance carrier produced for a property you are contracted to repair, and QuickSupp returns a draft supplement: line items that appear to be missing from that estimate, quantities, pricing drawn from the carrier's own document, and the building code section or manufacturer requirement that supports each item.
The draft is a working document for you to review, correct, and decide about. You are the author and the sender. Nothing QuickSupp produces goes anywhere until you send it, under your own name, from your own account, to whoever you choose.
These Terms are a contract between you and QuickSupp. By creating an account or submitting a document, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
2. Who can use it
- You must be 18 or older and operating a contracting business in the United States or Canada.
- You must hold whatever licences and registrations your jurisdiction requires for the work you scope and perform.
- You must have a genuine contractual relationship with the property owner for the work in the estimates you upload. QuickSupp is not for auditing strangers' claims, for homeowners acting alone, or for third parties who are not performing the repair.
- One account per business. Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account.
3. What counts as a claim
A claim is one carrier claim number on one property. It is the unit we bill on.
- A claim slot is used the moment your first draft on that claim is delivered to you. Uploading costs nothing, so a document we cannot read, or a file that turns out not to need a supplement, does not use a slot.
- Once the slot is used, everything else on that claim number is included: revised drafts when the carrier issues a new estimate, supplements for damage discovered during tear off, rebuttal drafts for denied items, the follow up schedule, and the depreciation release package.
- A claim stays open for twelve months from the day the first draft is delivered. After that it becomes read only. Your documents remain downloadable. Starting fresh on the same claim number uses a new slot.
- A different claim number is a different claim. Unused claims do not roll over between billing periods.
4. Plans, billing, pause and cancellation
- The analysis is free. On every estimate you upload, settled or live, with no card. It lists every item we find, its quantity, what it is worth and the code section behind it, and writes out the case for one of those items in full. Nothing is charged unless you unlock the package.
- Monthly plan. $249 per month including five claims. Additional claims in the same period are billed at $45 each. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply to you.
- One claim. $149, charged when you unlock the package on a live claim, with no subscription. It covers that claim number from the first draft until the file closes: every revised estimate, every rebuttal and the follow up cadence.
- Settled claims. $30 to unlock the package on a claim that is already settled. You get the package and the written case for every item. It does not include the Xactimate macro, the rebuttal drafts or the follow up tracking, because a closed file has no carrier process left for them to act in. If the file turns out to be live, $119 more converts it into a full claim with everything.
- Saved cards. When you pay for a claim we save that card with your payment processor so a plan can be started without entering it again. Nothing else is charged to it unless you ask us to. You can remove it on the billing page.
- Unused claims. A claim included in a monthly period that you do not use rolls over for one further period and then lapses. Rolled over claims are kept while your account is paused. If you cancel, any unused and rolled over claims are forfeited at the end of the period you have paid for.
- Founding price. If you subscribed at a founding rate, that rate holds for as long as your subscription stays active and unpaused for more than twelve consecutive months. We may change prices for new customers at any time.
- Pause. You can pause a subscription for a slow season. Pausing stops new claim allowances and stops billing. It does not touch claims you already opened: their clocks keep running, their follow ups keep being drafted, and their rebuttals stay available.
- Cancellation. Cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro rate partial months.
- Delivery times and refunds. We aim to return a draft within one business day, and we usually beat it. That is a target, not a guarantee, and a slower draft does not by itself entitle you to a refund. If we cannot produce a usable draft at all, tell us and we will make it right, by credit or refund at our discretion. We do not refund for periods already used, and we never refund on the basis of what a carrier decided, because that is not ours to control.
5. Your responsibilities
This section is the important one. QuickSupp produces documents that ask an insurance carrier for money, and the person accountable for what those documents say is you.
- Review every item before you send it. A draft is a proposal, not a finding. Delete anything that does not match the roof in front of you.
- Only claim what is real. You confirm, each time you generate a draft, that the items reflect actual damage and the actual scope of work you will perform. Insurance fraud is a felony in every state, and asking for work you will not do is fraud regardless of which software drafted the request.
- You submit, not us. You decide what goes to the carrier and you send it yourself, under your own name.
- Verify the code citations against your jurisdiction. We do serious work on this and we publish what we refuse to cite, but building code adoption changes and your local amendments govern. If a citation does not match your city, do not send it.
- Follow the deductible laws where you work. Paying, waiving, rebating, or absorbing a policyholder's deductible is illegal in many states and a criminal offence in some. QuickSupp will not help you do it.
- Have the right to the documents you upload. Do not upload estimates for properties you are not contracted to repair.
Prohibited uses. Do not use QuickSupp to inflate a scope, to generate documents for claims you are not working, to act as an unlicensed public adjuster, to give homeowners advice about their coverage, to resell or white label our output as your own product, to scrape or reverse engineer the service, or to break any law that applies to you.
6. What we will not do
These are permanent limits on the product, not temporary gaps:
- We do not contact your carrier, your adjuster, or the homeowner. Ever.
- We do not negotiate, adjust, or settle claims, and we do not act for a policyholder.
- We do not read, interpret, or advise on insurance policies or what they cover.
- We do not add line items that lack a code, manufacturer instruction, or measurement basis, and we do not add condition based items such as decking without evidence.
- We do not give legal advice.
See the compliance page for why these limits exist and what they mean for you.
7. Your documents and our software
Your documents stay yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them for one purpose: producing your drafts and improving how accurately our system reads carrier estimates. We do not sell them, share them with carriers, or use them to train third party models. Details, retention periods and deletion are in the privacy policy.
Drafts we produce for you are yours to use for the claim they were made for, including submitting them under your own name.
The software is ours. The gap engine, the rules and code tables, the templates, the site, and the QuickSupp name remain our property. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer them.
Third party names. Xactimate and Symbility are trademarks of their respective owners. QuickSupp is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by Verisk, Insurance Services Office, Inc., or any insurance carrier. We do not store or reproduce any third party price list. Macro files we generate carry no pricing; they are priced by your own licensed copy of the estimating software on import.
8. Disclaimers and liability
No outcome is promised. Whether a carrier approves any item is entirely the carrier's decision. We do not guarantee approval, payment, timelines, or any dollar figure. Nothing on our site or in a draft is a prediction of what you will recover.
The service is provided as is. We work hard on accuracy, and we still expect errors. Extraction can misread a document, a code table can go stale, a jurisdiction can change its adopted edition. That is precisely why you review every draft before sending it.
Limit of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to QuickSupp is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event. We are not liable for lost profits, lost recoveries, denied supplements, missed deadlines, or indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.
Indemnity. You will cover us against claims arising from documents you submitted, work you performed or did not perform, statements you made to a carrier or homeowner, and your breach of these Terms.
9. Suspension, termination and disputes
- You can close your account at any time. What happens to your data when you do is described in the privacy policy, and the short version is that we delete it.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, particularly section 5. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to export your documents first.
- We may change the service or these Terms. For material changes we will give notice by email or in the product before they take effect. Continuing to use QuickSupp after that means you accept the change.
- If something goes wrong, email us first. Most problems are faster to fix in an email than anywhere else.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
